Course Overview

The Events Assistant Level 3 apprenticeship develops the practical knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support successful planning, coordination and delivery of events across sectors.

Learners explore the full event lifecycle, including event research, planning support, logistic coordination, supplier engagement, on-site assistance and post-event evaluation. The programme emphasises hands-on, work-based application so learners can apply concepts directly within real events, supporting teams from pre-planning through to delivery and review.

Structured coaching, workplace projects and peer learning activities help learners build confidence in time management, stakeholder communication, problem solving and task prioritisation.

By completion, individuals are equipped to assist effectively with a range of events – from corporate functions and conferences to community activities, exhibitions and festivals – supporting broader organisational goals.
