The Information Communication Technician Level 3 apprenticeship develops the foundational knowledge, skills and behaviours required to support essential IT and communications operations within organisations. Learners become capable of delivering reliable technical support, maintaining system performance and resolving routine issues that affect users and infrastructure.
Learners explore core technical domains including hardware and software installation, network fundamentals, system monitoring, diagnostics and troubleshooting. They also develop skills in communicating with users, handling requests professionally and following security and compliance requirements.
