Funded Courses:
AI-Savvy - Leader Level 4

> Funding: £18,000

> Duration: 18 Months

Course Overview

The AI-Savvy Leader programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to lead AI adoption at a strategic level.

Leaders learn to assess AI technologies critically, identify competitive advantage opportunities and integrate automation into operational and strategic planning. The programme moves beyond tool usage to organisational design — embedding AI into workflows, reporting systems and decision-making structures.

A two-day intensive bootcamp establishes practical foundations. Monthly modules explore governance, automation strategy, analytics, change management and risk mitigation. Each module results in a real implementation project within the leader’s organisation.

A strategically significant major project consolidates learning into a measurable organisational transformation initiative.

Ethical governance, data protection and responsible implementation are embedded throughout.

By completion, leaders are equipped to shape AI strategy confidently rather than react to it.
