Funded Courses:
AI - Adoption, Procurement & Governance Level 5

> Funding: £1,500

> Duration: 5 Weeks

Course Overview

This programme combines our immersive 2-day AI Skills Masterclass with the AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance unit, equipping leaders, managers and senior professionals with the knowledge and confidence to select, implement and govern AI solutions responsibly within their organisation.

The masterclass provides practical, hands-on experience using today’s leading AI tools, enabling participants to understand AI’s capabilities and begin applying them immediately. Building on this foundation, the AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance unit focuses on evaluating AI solutions, selecting the right technologies and establishing the governance needed for successful adoption.

Rather than concentrating on technical development or coding, this programme is designed for decision-makers responsible for introducing AI into their organisation. Learners explore how to assess AI suppliers, manage risk, ensure compliance and create governance frameworks that support secure, ethical and commercially effective AI adoption.

Throughout the programme, participants develop the confidence to make informed AI procurement decisions, engage stakeholders and implement governance processes that enable sustainable AI adoption across the organisation.

Throughout the programme learners will explore:

  • Practical AI tools and workplace applications
  • Evaluating AI platforms, products and suppliers
  • AI procurement and commercial decision-making
  • AI governance, compliance and responsible implementation
  • Data security, privacy and ethical AI use
  • Managing organisational risk when adopting AI
  • Building governance frameworks and internal policies
  • Engaging stakeholders and supporting successful AI adoption

Every stage of the programme is designed around practical workplace application, allowing learners to apply new knowledge immediately within their own organisation and develop governance approaches that support responsible AI implementation.

By combining immersive AI training with practical governance and procurement knowledge, participants leave with the confidence, skills and frameworks needed to adopt AI responsibly, minimise risk and maximise long-term organisational value.
